1) Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the Services is subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services. We may update these Terms from time to time. 2) About Qiaohui Industrial Monofilament Co.,Ltd

We specialize in the research, development, and manufacturing of fishing lines, including braided lines, fluorocarbon lines, nylon monofilament, and customized OEM/ODM solutions for global brands, distributors, and retailers. Our focus is on performance, reliability, and consistent quality.

3) Eligibility and Use of the Site

The Services are intended for business and professional use. You must have the legal capacity under applicable laws to enter into binding contracts. You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to disrupt operations, reverse engineer any non-open components, or engage in unauthorized data collection.

4) Accounts and Security

If any portion of the Services requires an account, you must provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

5) Quotations, Orders, and Payment

Quotations are valid for the period stated and are subject to change due to raw material markets, exchange rates, and production capacity. An order is binding upon our written confirmation (including email). Unless agreed otherwise in writing:

• Payment terms may include deposits and balance prior to shipment.
• Prices are typically EXW or FOB (Incoterms 2020) unless specified.
• Bank charges, duties, taxes, and customs fees are borne by the buyer.

We may reject or cancel orders in case of suspected fraud, sanctions restrictions, or material errors.

6) OEM/ODM and Private Label

We provide custom logo printing, spool design, label/packaging, colors, and specifications. You represent that you own or have rights to all supplied designs, trademarks, and materials, and that our use does not infringe third-party rights.

• We may provide samples or prototypes for approval before mass production.
• Tooling, molds, and plates may be separately charged and may remain our property unless otherwise agreed.
• Minimum order quantities (MOQs), lead times, and tolerances will be defined in the quotation or order confirmation.

7) Specifications, Samples, and Tolerances

We manufacture to agreed specifications, including diameter, breaking strength, color, spool length, and packaging. Industry-standard tolerances may apply unless otherwise stated. Color variance can occur between production batches due to material lots and dye processes.

You are responsible for validating samples for fitness of purpose in your target markets and fishing environments. Approved samples serve as a reference for production quality.

8) Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

Delivery terms follow the agreed Incoterms. Risk of loss transfers according to the trade term (e.g., EXW/FOB/CIF). Delivery dates are estimates. We are not liable for delays due to customs, carrier issues, weather, or force majeure.

9) Quality Assurance and Testing

Our production emphasizes breaking strength, knot performance, abrasion resistance, and diameter control. We perform internal tests to verify consistency. You agree to conduct incoming inspection upon receipt and to store products properly to maintain performance.

• Notify us in writing of any nonconformity within a reasonable period (e.g., 7-14 days) after delivery with evidence (photos, batch numbers, test data).
• We may request samples of the alleged defective goods for evaluation.
• Our responsibility is limited to repair, replacement, or credit of confirmed nonconforming items, at our discretion.

10) Warranty Disclaimer

Except as expressly stated in writing, the Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Fishing conditions vary and are outside our control.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qiaohui will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, even if advised of the possibility. Our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Services or products will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

12) Intellectual Property

All content on the site, including text, graphics, logos, photos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Qiaohui and is protected by law. You may not use our trademarks or content without prior written permission. OEM/ODM customer materials remain the property of their respective owners; you grant us a non-exclusive license to use them for fulfilling your orders.

13) Compliance, Export Control, and Sanctions

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including export control, sanctions, anti-bribery, and anti-corruption laws. You will not use the products or Services in violation of such laws or for prohibited end-uses.

14) Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to our processing of information in accordance with that policy.

15) Third-Party Links and Tools

The site may contain links to third-party websites or tools. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use is at your own risk and subject to the third party's terms and policies.

16) Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, sanctions, labor disputes, power failures, transportation disruptions, or supplier issues.

17) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Qiaohui, its affiliates, and personnel from and against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.

18) Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time with or without notice for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

19) Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Guangdong, China, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

20) Changes to the Services or Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Services (in whole or part) at any time. We may also update these Terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use after changes become effective indicates acceptance.
