How is fishing line manufactured?

Fishing line is manufactured through a sequence of controlled steps. The exact materials, drawing ratios, treatments, braiding structures, and winding specifications vary according to the required line type and fishing application.

    Raw Material

    Nylon polymers, PE or UHMWPE fibers, and PVDF materials are selected according to the line specification.

    Line Formation

    Materials are formed into monofilament or prepared as fibers for multi-strand braided constructions.

    Drawing / Processing

    Controlled drawing and processing develop target diameter, strength, flexibility, and structural stability.

  4. 04

    Coating / Treatment

    Color, softness, surface finish, abrasion resistance, and other treatments are applied when specified.

    Winding

    Finished line is wound to customer requirements, including 50, 100, 150, 200, or 300-meter spools and bulk formats.

    Inspection

    Strength, knot retention, diameter, appearance, winding, and relevant performance criteria are checked.

    Packaging

    Approved fishing line is packed in standard or custom retail packaging, labeled, and prepared for export shipment.
